ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. During major sales, order processing can take up to 7 business days. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

SHIPPING PROCESS 

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame.

RETURN-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be contacted regarding your order. 

  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. 

  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS 

Once your package is delivered to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If you experience a delay, please contact the carrier. Please keep in mind that your order may be delayed, but not limited to due to the following: 

 

  • COVID-19

  • National/Federal Holiday

  • Bad Weather

  • Natural Disasters

RETURN PROCESS 

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 30 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.  Send your return item(s) including your first name, last name,phone number, the reason for the return and original receipt to:

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • All swimsuits and lingerie/intimates are non-returnable. 

  • Sale items are non-returnable. 

  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. 

There are special reasons why a customer may receive a partial refund. These reasons are not limited to the following: 

  • Item not in its original condition

  • Unreported damaged or missing parts for reasons not to to our error 

Once the item is inspected, we will notify you if there is a problem with your return/refund or if your return has been accepted and a credit for your return has been sent to the original form of payment.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Drippi Nikki reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.

EXCHANGES 

To ensure every dollar is received with the style/size we do offer store exchanges. Item must be returned within thirty (30) days to qualify for store exchange or return.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at njohnsonmayer@yahoo.com. Once we have received your request, we will contact you to address and resolve the issue within 72 hours.
